Acceptance of Terms
By signing this agreement, you ("Client") agree to retain Time Creation ("Service Provider") to proceed with branding and/or design services for a design intensive, packaged under a VIP Day Experience and agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in this Agreement.
During this day, the Service Provider agrees to devote up to 8 hours of assignments to be determined by the Client, 60 minutes for a VIP Day strategy call, and 30 days of email support. Work will be performed at the offices of the Service Provider. Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of the Client. Work will generally occur between 8 am - 5 pm CET on weekdays.
Post-VIP Day Support
Within 30 days of post-VIP Day support, the Client can email or message the Service Provider with any questions or concerns about the work performed during the VIP Day and will receive a reply via email or message. This support does not cover additional design or website work that exceeds what was done during the VIP Day. If the Client needs additional work performed, the Client can book another day or a half-day VIP Experience.
Payment
Payment for these services will be to the Service Provider at $1950 and will be due at the time of booking this appointment. The client may choose to pay a 50% initial payment and pay the balance within 24 hours of the appointment date.
The service provider will offer design services in addition to the VIP Day at the current daily or half-date rate and bill separately. Expenses other than normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be billed separately. Such expenses include account subscriptions, stock images, premium font licenses, and third-party application services.
Publicity
Client understands that any written statements, images, audio recordings, or video recordings of Client while participating in the VIP Day and made on behalf of the Service Provider may be used to publicize and promote the Service Provider. The client authorizes the Service Provider to use their name, brief biographical information, and written or recorded statements.
Ownership
The results of all work performed by the Service Provider for the Client, including original creative work, will remain the Client's property. The client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate.
Refund Policy
This purchase is non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or service with 7 days prior written notice. The Client's deposit is valid for 90 days and must be used within that time frame.
In the event, the VIP Day fails to occur within 90 days, or the Client fails to request a new date at least 7 days before their booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the VIP Day will be terminated. If the Client wishes to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original deposit may, at the Service Provider's discretion, be applied to a new booking at the current VIP Day rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Time Creation and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Time Creation is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website.
